Buyback Policy

At WhiteCraze, we believe your jewellery should continue to hold value even after you have enjoyed wearing it. Our Buyback Policy provides a transparent and straightforward way to return eligible WhiteCraze jewellery or coins and receive Store Credit towards your next WhiteCraze purchase.

1. Buyback Value

The Buyback Value will be calculated based on the prevailing market value on the date of buyback, subject to verification and assessment by WhiteCraze.

A. Silver

100% of the prevailing market value of the net silver weight contained in the product.

·        Silver valuation will be based on the applicable market rate on the date of buyback.

·        Only the net silver weight will be considered.

·        Stones, diamonds and other non-silver components will not be included in the silver weight.

B. Lab-Grown Diamonds

75% of the prevailing market value of the eligible Lab-Grown Diamonds.

·        Diamond valuation will be based on the prevailing market value determined by WhiteCraze at the time of buyback.

·        The original purchase price of the diamonds will not be the basis for determining the Buyback Value.

C. Premium Gifting Coins

For WhiteCraze Silver + Lab-Grown Diamond Coins, the same valuation methodology will apply:

·        Silver: 100% of the prevailing market value based on net silver weight.

·        Lab-Grown Diamonds: 75% of the prevailing market value of the eligible Lab-Grown Diamonds.

The Buyback Value of the coin will therefore be calculated based on the eligible silver and Lab-Grown Diamond components only.

2. What Is Not Included in the Buyback Value

·        Making / workmanship charges

·        GST and other applicable taxes

·        Shipping and delivery charges

·        Discounts

·        Coupons and vouchers

·        Promotional benefits

·        Complimentary products or gifts

·        Certification or other service charges, where applicable

Accordingly, the Buyback Value may be lower than the original purchase price of the product.

3. No Cash Buyback — Store Credit Only

WhiteCraze does not offer cash buyback. The approved Buyback Value will be issued to the customer as WhiteCraze Store Credit.

·        Store Credit can be used towards the purchase of another eligible WhiteCraze jewellery or coin product.

·        Store Credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.

·        If the value of the new purchase exceeds the available Store Credit, the customer may pay the balance amount.

·        If the value of the new purchase is lower than the available Store Credit, the unused balance will remain available as Store Credit, subject to the applicable validity and terms.

·        Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded to a bank account or converted into any other form of monetary payment.

In simple terms: Sell your existing WhiteCraze piece, receive Store Credit, and use it to buy your next WhiteCraze piece.

4. Eligibility for Buyback

·        The product must be an authentic WhiteCraze product.

·        The original invoice / proof of purchase should be available.

·        The product will be subject to physical inspection and verification by WhiteCraze.

·        The silver weight, diamond specifications and product condition will be verified before the Buyback Value is determined.

·        Products that have been materially altered, damaged, tampered with or modified outside WhiteCraze may be subject to rejection or a revised valuation.

5. Certification & Verification

Where applicable, Lab-Grown Diamonds will be verified against the original certification or product records. WhiteCraze reserves the right to conduct appropriate testing and verification before confirming the Buyback Value. If the product does not match the original product specifications or is found to contain substituted, damaged or missing components, the Buyback Value may be revised accordingly.

6. Buyback Process

Product Submission → Verification → Weight & Diamond Assessment → Buyback Valuation → Customer Confirmation → Store Credit

The final Buyback Value will be communicated to the customer after completion of the verification and assessment process.

7. Important

The Buyback Policy is not an investment or guaranteed-return scheme. The value of silver and Lab-Grown Diamonds may change over time. The Buyback Value will always be determined using the prevailing market value at the time of buyback, and therefore may be different from the original purchase price.

“Prevailing Market Value” means the value determined by WhiteCraze based on prevailing market rates and applicable product specifications on the date of buyback. WhiteCraze reserves the right to amend or update this Buyback Policy from time to time.
