One-Year Plating Warranty

Every WhiteCraze piece is covered by a one-year warranty on plating, subject to the terms of the warranty.

The warranty is intended for eligible plating-related issues during the applicable one-year period. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or physical damage, misuse, improper storage or care, or damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, moisture or activities inconsistent with our care recommendations.

If you experience a plating concern within the warranty period, contact WhiteCraze customer care with your order details and photographs of the product so the issue can be assessed.
